REACH

REACH (also known as Regulation (EC)) stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Registration of Chemicals.

This European Union chemical regulatory framework (No 1907/2006) was passed on December 18th, 2006 and went into effect on June 1st, 2007.

All companies operating or doing business within the EU must identify and manage all risks linked to any and all substances marketed or manufactured therein.

ZPE Systems hereby assures that the product(s) made from ZPE Systems, Inc. do not contain any of the REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), as specified under the regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and in the table below according to the Candidate list published by ECHA (European Chemical Agency).

The Candidate List of substances of very high concern now contains 219 chemicals that may harm people or the environment.
