How do I get the discount?
- Your Reseller will fill out a form which will be sent to ZPE Systems to validate. Once validated, we will provide your Reseller with the quote including the additional discounted amount.
What should I do with the hardware we are replacing?
- You have the option to ship the trade-in systems to ZPE Systems to the address below or provide a certificate of destruction within 120 days, or ZPE Systems will bill you for the discounted price.
- As part of our corporate social responsibility ZPE Systems will recycle the equipment using certified e-waste partners.

To qualify for this offer, please complete the following:
1. This advanced trade-in discount will be credited to the reseller’s invoice. The reseller in turn will deduct this amount from your invoice. If a certificate of destruction is not provided within 120 days or is not returned within 120 days, you will be invoiced for the discount.
2. Contact your reseller with details on what you would like to trade in and the details of your new purchase.
3. Provide serial numbers, manufacturer names, model numbers, port count and type of your trade-in equipment. This information is required to calculate the trade-in value credit.
4. ZPE Systems will work with your reseller to determine the trade-in value. The reseller will pass on this discount to your company along with RMA number to include when you ship back the old equipment.
Option 1: Send your old serial console switches to any local e-waste company and obtain a certificate of destruction. You must pay for all shipping charges.

Please complete the following:
1. When you receive the trade-in product details from your end-user, please contact your Channel Account Manager at ZPE Systems and ZPE Systems Order Management. They will validate the request and trade-in value to you so you may place the order and provide you with an RMA # to pass to your customer. You may also e-mail it to [email protected].
2. This advanced trade-in discount will be credited to the reseller’s invoice. The reseller in turn will deduct this amount from the end-user invoice.
3. If the products are not returned or a certificate of destruction is not provided in the allotted time, an invoice for the buyback discount will be issued.
